This report is one of the four Thematic Reviews that the Housing Corporation has undertaken during 2006-07 and focuses on the level of disposals by housing associations. It follows a steady rise in the surplus reported on sales and the concern expressed by some of the sector’s stakeholders that associations are ‘selling the family silver’.
