A second opportunity for organisations to pre-qualify for the 2008-11 National Affordable Housing Programme commenced on the 26th February 2008.  For the first time, the National Affordable Housing Programme will be a 3-year funding regime. 

The Pre-Prospectus sets out the framework for the programme and invites organisations who are interested in becoming our Investment Partners to apply for pre-qualification. This invitation has now been extended to include 2 star Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and Local Authorities through Special Purpose Vehicles.  The Pre-Prospectus also outlines plans to allow for 5 year funding for sites of strategic importance as defined by the Regional Assemblies.

The Corporation wants to see a diverse, dynamic and efficient set of organisations in the market for grant, and will welcome new, high quality partnerships from different sectors and of different forms.  We are looking for a long-term relationship with Partners, and therefore strongly encourage organisations thinking of coming forward to contact the Corporation, through our regional investment teams, for an early discussion.  New entrants should be aware of the emphasis on performance in our assessment of existing partners.

Amongst the documents below,  the Pre-Prospectus sets out our initial thinking about how we wished to develop our Investment Programme over the next three to five years and the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is also available for download should you wish to pursue pre-qualification.
