Using the Corporation's website
There are several ways of looking for information on the Housing Corporation’s website. If you're having trouble finding the information you're looking for, the first place to check is our Frequently asked questions page, which answers the most common queries.
Browsing the sections
The information on this site is divided into nine areas:
- About us
- News & events
- Investing
- Regulating
- Publications
- Research, innovation and good practice
- Finding a home
- About your home
- Tenant Empowerment Programme
These areas in turn are divided into sections, which are shown to the left of the main text on every page. For example, you are now in the "Help" section on the page called "Using the Corporation’s website".
The pages in these areas contain information on the relevant subjects and links to our publications and other resources.
Searching
Every page has a Search box in the top left corner. Enter what you are looking for into this box and click “Search”. This will give you a page of results, along with the option to refine your search if necessary.
Using the site map
Also at the top of every page on this site is a link to the Site map. This links to information in a way that shows all the site’s pages at once and where they are in the overall structure.
At the top every page, you’ll also see a line that begins “You are in:”. This shows you where you are in the site, and clicking on the headings in this list will take you back to the section containing the page you’re on.
