Guidance published on the Right to Manage

The Housing Corporation has published a good practice guide on the Right to Manage. It aims to ensure that leaseholders who decide to take on the management of their homes are well informed and aware of the risks and opportunities.

The Right to Manage gives leaseholders a choice in how their homes are managed, allowing them greater control over the appointment of managing agents and how their money is spent.

The guidance has been produced by AIMS Age Concern, as part of the Corporation’s Innovation and Good Practice programme.
