In 2007 Notting Hill Housing commissioned Ipsos Mori to conduct a research study to discover what numbers of social renters had the aspiration to become homeowners. The research was formed into two parts. First a qualitative survey was taken among Notting Hill Housing tenants followed by a survey of social renters in London and the South East.
